Chiaki Watanabe (as known as CHIAKI) is a video artist and designer based in Copenhagen and New York, known for her minimal abstract visual music. She works in live visuals, videos and motion graphics. She studied at School of Visual Arts, New York USA. Her works have been shown throughout Europe and the United States, including Film Society of Lincoln Center, New York, Bergen Kunsthall (), Norway, Institute of Contemporary Arts, London UK, Stuttgart Film festival (), European Media Art Festival (), Germany and Den Frie Udstilling, Copenhagen Denmark.
